A late additional to the show this week is a classic Donna Summer track to kick things off. Sad to hear of her passing so shortly after MCA. Music lost two great voices in the space of two weeks. R.I.P.
It's also my 100th PJL sessions show and I wanted to recap some of the great music I've dropped in the past 100+ but that was just too hard a task so I've slipped in a bunch of classics among everything else. I hope you enjoy and here's to another 100!

So here's the lowdown. Around my new bi-monthly UK Jazz Radio I'll be continuing with my regular "playjazzloud sessions" mixes and if I do my job right it'll be four mixes a month for you to enjoy. Today's mix covers a lot of ground with new music hitting my inbox from Electric Guest (Danger Mouse produced), Nora Jones (also Danger Mouse produced), Quantic & Alice Russell, Jerker Kluge's Deep Jazz, and Gerardo Frisina.
