First selection of the new year and I'm startig off with a few tunes from Africa before heading down the usual jazz road with some indie rock thrown in for good measure. A couple of tracks that didn't make it into the 2010 rewind selection get a spin including Jamiroquai, as always quality music from them. In the final hour I'm doing a little feature on music I've discovered and downloaded from SoundCloud. Lots of these are edits and remixes of soul, disco and boogie tunes but there are a couple of originals in there as well. SoudCloud is definitely a great community and a great place to find up and coming artists doing their thing. Please check it out and support the artists by leaving comments and sharing with friends.
